About Us
VEP Finance is a boutique property finance company that focuses on London and the South East, run by people who are passionate and knowledgeable about the industry.
We provide speedy Bridging and Development finance for residential, commercial and mixed use buildings from £250k to £2m.
We focus on the ability and experience of the people behind the deals, and only work with those who know their industry inside out, hence our name “Very Experienced People” (or VEP). This enables us to tailor our offering to suit our clients. We are often able to offer terms that go beyond the limits of our competitors, as we truly understand the risks involved in each deal and both know and believe in our clients.
Many aspects of “old school” financing are now outdated, but at VEP we believe that the benefits of a strong, personal relationship between lender and client will never be obsolete and we take the time to visit our clients sites and spend time getting to know them.
